For this project, the clients wanted to renew the old river stone fireplace they didn’t like anymore. It was inefficient and visually unattractive.
A custom-built masonry heater, which includes an oven and is connected to the pre-existing brick chimney, was suggested. The exterior finish is built from reclaimed clay bricks, combining excellent thermal properties with a warm and timeless look.
The masonry heater is constantly and regularly used, appreciated for its heating, and also used for cooking.
